I see a fair bit of interracial dating between black men and hispanic women, and the looks penalty seems to be less than with white women.

There are cultural tradeoffs, obviously, but is this a partial solution? My experience with hispanic ladies is limited to one Puerto Rican, who was great, but perhaps not representative?

I’m on the East Coast so if you’re lucky to be in the NYC/NJ/PA area, dating a PR lady is pretty easy with the right positioning. I’m in D.C. area though so there is not as many PR women as there is women from Guatamala, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Mexico. Looks wise I think the ladies from DR and PR have better physiques and looks.

When I was in school in NJ, I interacted with a lot of the Latinas there and it was a different experience than when interacting with the black women whom I was very familiar with. For one, the latinas greeted you with a kiss on the cheek if they knew you (loved that aspect). They exemplified femininity through certain things: their hair always smelled good (at least I noticed), they enjoyed cooking and did so without too much fuss…they wanted to make sure their family, friends or “man” was fed. The cute way that called you “papi.” A lot of them were generally sweet. Of course there were more hardened and masculine ones, depending up on where they were brought up, but most of them were generally nice.
