I think your other post nailed it that you have maybe 10-20% of marriages that are really happy people with a marriage filled with joy and contentment and than you’ve got the other 80-90%

According to the University of Chicago a much larger percentage of men and women report being “very happy” with their marriages (roughly 60%). See the chart at the top of this post.
